Catering

A catering service is provided to all accredited participants during the event. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the designated hotel and lunch will be provided at the Venue, following a set schedule and will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Vegetarian options or meals adapted to specific dietary needs can be arranged upon request.

If you wish to have breakfast earlier, please discuss with the hotel staff the day before.

Please be advised that the first meal included in your daily rate is dinner at your designated hotel on the day of your arrival. The first lunch will be served the following day.
