Registration Deadlines
General Entries: 5 months prior to the event – 17 March 2026
Quantitative Entries: 3 months prior to the event – 17 May 2026
Individual Entries: 1 month prior to the event – 17 July 2026
Payment Deadlines
- 50% of the total amount – due 3 months before the event (before 17 May 2026)
- Remaining 50% – due 1 month before the event (with Individual Entry) – To be paid to the OC (before 16 July 2026)

Cancellation Deadlines
- Up to 3 months before the event (before 17 May 2026) → no charge
- Up to 1 month before the event (before 16 July 2026) → payment of 50% of the full participation fee (based on [4] participation days) and 100% of the rental fee (if applicable, e.g. boat rental)
- Less than 1 month before the event (after 17 July 2026) → payment of 100% of the participation fee and 100% of the rental fee (if applicable)
