Accommodation

Participants will be accommodated in well-equipped and recently renovated dormitories in Szeged. All accommodation facilities are located within convenient distance of the venue and will provide suitable comfort and services for the delegations.

Organized shuttle services will be provided between the accommodation facilities and the regatta course, operating according to the daily competition and training schedule.

Cancellation terms

Should you cancel or modify your hotel booking, a charge will be made equivalent to any loss suffered by the Host Organising Committee, as itemised below. The amount of the cancellation fee will be calculated as a percent of the accommodation fee according to the following period of notice given:

• No cancellation fee, if cancelled until 17 May 2026
• 50% cancellation fee, if cancelled between 18 May – 16 July, 2026
• 100% cancellation fee / non-refundable, if cancelled on or after 17 July 2026

Please, note that in case you submit your room reservation after the reservation deadline (17 May 2026) and we are able to confirm your request, the relevant cancellation terms will come into effect immediately from the moment of your reservation.
